Four episodes down, 7th Sky Entertainment’s latest drama continues its impressive run of strong and powerful performances. Produced by Abdullah Kadwani and Asad Qureshi, it features Ushna Shah, Ahsan Khan and Hina Altaf in the lead roles, this tale of a dysfunctional family has a number of light-hearted moments that keep you glued to the screen and enjoy immensely. Like the previous episodes, this one too brought a lot of interesting moments and kept us intrigued.
In yesterday’s episode, we saw Roshni (Hina Altaf) ignoring Umar time and again, while Umar was busy trying to do his best to live up to her expectations and demands. He starts helping his father in his business since he is unable to find a job as yet. Also, he tries to hint Dadi that he wants to get married to someone in Chachi’s neighborhood. He also buys a gift for her, but Roshni is too occupied in Nabeel. Nabeel belongs to a wealthy family and is staying over at Roshni’s place with her mom. He sends expensive gifts for Roshni on her birthday, and his charm and wealth smite her. Roshni and her mom are under the impression that Nabeel is interested in getting married to Roshni, but it seems like it is their misunderstanding. However, we will have to wait for the upcoming episodes to find out who is Nabeel’s choice.
The episode left us with quite a few questions. How sincere is Nabeel about Roshni? How will Umar react to Roshni’s decision? Will he be able to continue his newfound focus on work and being a responsible man?
Now that the story is taking an interesting turn, with Maheen getting married in the next episode and Umar getting to know about Roshni’s growing interest in Nabeel, Bandhey Ek Dour Se continues to entice us.
